The realty behind the districts
Tensdun is a whalty city in the Black Down state. It is as big as New York and has 10 millions pople. Urban places are divided into districts.
District one is the richest, here are the offices of banks, insurance companies and industries. After the “Black sun War” not all the people can come here, only recidents, workers during job hours and exeptions.
District two is the middle part of the city, accessible to all. Here are located the state public offices, the public hospital and commercial activities lesss linked to big brands. the area is also famous for its night life and the large number of night activities, such as discos, casinos, cinemas.
In the first two districts there is no misery, we start from a “normal” life style, to arrive at super luxurious. Due to the flow of whealt, these are the areas where supervillains and criminals mainly operate.
District three is the poorest in the city, as well as the largest. It can be divided into two parts, the first where the proletarians and low profile state workers live. Many don’t live easily, expecially those with a lot of expenses. The second is separed from the rest of the city by the “Wail River”. Here many people live in hardship, often helping local criminals, who are sometimes even idolized. As in every periphery of the world, crime take the place of the state, in fact most of the mafia organization, large and small, create their secret lair here by involving the desperate people. In district three the birth rate of supervillains is the bigger in the state, while, before the A.N.S. , it boasted the largest numer of heroes in the country.
